Synopsis:

He’s won the hearts of millions. But is he willing to lose his?

I met the president’s son when we were both young. Matthew Hamilton was handsome, polished, and intelligent. I’d never met a guy like him.

He promised me that he’d never run for president. I promised that if he did, I’d be by his side.

Three terms later, an invitation to join Matthew Hamilton’s campaign is the most exhilarating opportunity I’ve ever experienced. I’m determined to make a difference; he is determined to win.

Focused on his goal, Matt is steadfast, ruthless, and disarming. All eyes are on him and his popularity is surging. But soon, the next possible president of the United States is possessing me in more ways than one—and despite the risks, I’m helpless to resist.

We’re stealing touches, stealing moments, and stealing away at night. But our chemical connection is quickly becoming dangerously combustive, putting not only my heart, but Matt’s chance at the presidency on the line.

Winning will take everything. Walking away will be the hardest thing of all.

Wow wow wow!!!!!
Completely engaging, scandalous, dramatic and all consuming.
That is Mr President by Katy Evans. I absolutely devoured this book, I couldn’t read the words fast enough. I mean WOW just Fucking WOW !!!!!!!!!!!
I will start off by saying that I am a person that usually likes to go into a book blindly usually skimming the blurb sometimes not reading it at all. Sometimes the title or the cover or a teaser will peak my interest and I will read it. I did that with this book.

Matt Hamilton and Charlotte Sanders are entangled in a risky entanglement one that doesn’t seem to have any light at the end of the tunnel. He is running for President and she is his Aide.

They way these two meet at such a young age is endearing, and it’s almost like fate destined them to be together and year later she is helping his campaign in his run for presidency. This book had me on the edge of my seat watching their relationship grow. I had goosebumps every time they interacted, almost like I could see them stealing glances, exchanging touches. Almost like a forbidden romance that just got steamier and steamier as the book progressed. There were many times during this book that I talked out loud. OH FUCK OH SHIT OH HELL were some random outburst that came to mind thinking they might get caught.

Both Matt and Charlotte were strong with good morals and values I admired them for their aspirations. It was so easy for me to instantly be in their corner cheering them along praying that they would find their HEA.

And FUCK MY LIFE as I got to the last three pages of the book and realised that there would be a cliffhanger and would have to wait until the second book to find out what happens. I love Cliffy’s and this book has me salivating for the next one. Which I will immediately read without hesitation. A fantastic read that will have you saying WOW at the end of it.
